Canada India Network Society joins the Government of British Columbia and other leading organizations in Bio-India. Mr. Manav Chaudhary represented CINS at the event and reports that there is major interest amongst leading health providers to link with Canadian organizations. CINS, as it’s mandate, provide an opportunity to connect various players and will be a forum during it’s upcoming Canada India Network Initiative (CINI) 2014 for further exploring these links.
India has developed some unique delivery models for cost effective healthcare delivery, especially in sub-specialty care like primary care, eye care, oncology and chronic disease. Canada with it’s integrated healthcare organization and training centres provides an opportunity for collaboration and possible joint projects.
CINI 2014 has been designed with a theme of ‘Health and Civil Society’ and will explore mental health and yoga, yoga and metabolic diseases and health-technology-economy.
